About the product

How the pump actually works.

It watches the pressure in your tubes through the day, works from the average of the daily highs rather than from one reading, and adds air when that average falls short of the target you set.

The environmental challenge

Conditions change. So does your pressure.

Temperature, direct sun, the weather and the water you are running in all change the air pressure inside an inflatable tube, and they change it all day.

Holding the pressure where the builder wanted it means measuring it, adding air, and then doing the same thing again tomorrow. That is the job this replaces.

  • Ambient temperature drops pull the pressure out of your tubes.
  • Direct sun pushes it back up, hard enough to be dangerous.
  • Ordinary daily air loss quietly costs you hull performance.
Intelligent automation

Monitor, average, then top up.

The pump manages your tube pressure with as little of your attention as it can. Five things happen, in this order, every day you leave it fitted.

  1. It watches all day

The pump reads the pressure in the tubes continuously, through whatever the day does to them.

  2. It records the daily high

The highest pressure the tubes reach that day is kept rather than discarded.

  3. It works from the average

Those daily highs become a running average, so the pump responds to the pattern rather than to a single reading.

  4. It compares against your target

That average is measured against the target pressure you selected on the cap.

  5. It adds the air that is missing

When the average falls short, the pump tops the tubes back up — including for the ordinary air loss every inflatable has.

A line chart of tube pressure in PSI over 137 consecutive days, plotting each day's high pressure, a running average of those highs, and the target pressure threshold.
Recorded pressure over 137 consecutive days: each day's high, the running average of those highs that the pump works from, and the target threshold it holds against.
Valve fitments

It fits the valve you already have.

These are the fitments Neversoft names. In each view the pump sits above and the valve base already on your boat sits below.

Compact, and automatic

Fit it, set your target, and leave it alone.

The pump does the measuring, the averaging and the topping up. You choose the pressure once.
